Makro online shopping is NO NO

I bought online on 14/11/2024 for R1800 ref MAK***. On 15/11/2024 the order was cancelled by Makro due to no stock. Up to date I have not recieved the refund. Wrote emails to their online with no response. Went to Makro Centurion in person on Sunday they promised to sort it out on Monday - Still no refund and no reply
