Makro Online shopping is just a ****

I bought a TV stick in January 2025, it was incompatible with my TV and it didn't work. I logged a return and the courier collected it well on time. I have sent over 10 emails, spoken with their online department they promised to refund, sent an email claiming they had refunded but never did. Even after sending my bank statements twice I'm still begging them for my money. However if I owed the store money they'd have even sent my account to a debt collector. I've been chasing them and they are not Taking responsibility, it's disgusting!
