Makro online shopping is dis functional

What a dis functional online business!!!!! NO customer service available. I ordered 5 items from them on the 31 August. Received 3 of the 5 which were delivered on three different occasions and I am still waiting for the 2 outstanding orders. Sent email to their customer care as well as to DPD Laser customer care - with NO RESPONSE. Tracking is also NON FUNCTIONAL 😡
