MAKRO ONLINE SHOPPING IS DECEPTIVE AND MISLEADING. AVOID USING THEIR ONLINE SHOPPING TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT

Its better to stick to your in store sales as you guys cannot deliver with online purchase. Bought a PS4 since 24th November but still dont have the item after 3 weeks.

Duduzile Mngomezulu one of the online sales rep is a big ****. After promising me last week that my order will be delivered, now he does not respond to the numerous emails i have sent him.

This is the worst experience i have ever received in my entire life when it comes to service.

I have wasted petrol and airtime on just a single purchase.

Advice to customers, dont take the risk of disappointing your loved ones if you plan buying xmas gifts from Makro online. You will be disappointed.

I will never use their online platform again.
