Makro Online Shopping is a Disgrace

The Online return service is horrible. They delivered the incorrect item, it took them 20 days to send courier to collect. I had to call, even reached out on Whatsapp. Now I am going for 15 days, fighting to get my refund. It's one story after another. Different stories after another.
