Makro Online shopping is a disaster and unreliable

Bought a Cabinet Swing Frame online on the 24th of July and estimated delivery date was the 31st of July. When I checked status on the 31st of it was not booked out for delivery, decided to give them a call and matter was escalated to this date I have not received order with no communication what so ever. What frustrates the most is their call center agent are of assistance.

Makro online services, bad would be an understatement they just dont have any online services and would not recommend anyone to use them, they should just stop online shopping and stick to walkin store shopping.
