Makro is trying this online shopping thing but failing dismally! They make use of the most obscure courier service that I have ever heard of. We deal with couriers all the time and I have never ever experienced such bad service. Parcel has been with them for almost a week! How can a company like Makro make use of such a useless courier service. Guys, use The Courier Guy! They are amazing. This DPD Laser nonsense is totally useless!
