Makro online shopping is a ****!!!! DAY LIGHT *******!!!

If I had an option to choose no star I definitely would. Makro online shopping is a ****. I ordered a book in December 2023. A few days later Makro emails me to inform me that the book is still awaiting to be printed and therefore delivery is estimated to be in the next three weeks. They asked if I would wait or If I would prefer a refund. I opted for a refund and a few days later my money was deposited. To my surprise, the delivery fee was not reimbursed. I enquired via email why because they have nothing to deliver since the order was cancelled. They apologised and promised to reimburse the delivery fee. Weeks passed and I got nothing. I sent another email but this time the response was " the amount has already been deposited to your account, kindly allow five working days for the deposit to clear". I waited and five days later nothing in my account. I sent another email to complain and got the same response that the amount has already been deposited into my account and I should allow five working days for it to clear. To this date my delivery fee hasn't been reimbursed, all they do is to keep lying!!!!
