Makro online shopping is a ****
Makro online shopping is a **** when you purchase to them they debit your money same time then after a day they cancel your order and they they will tell you that refund it takes 2 to 14 days that time you have emergency and their customer service is useless cuz you will use your airtime and keep you holding on the phone I have ordered on the 18 December and then on the 19 December my order was cancelled and mind you is a phone and I have made a loan to buy it cz is urgent I still fighting for my refund I’m so angry

22 Dec 2025, 18:38 But with the bank it take 24 to 48 hours to reflect why with Makro takes up to 14 days now I must pay a loan and borrow another money to buy a phone you are failing me and your call centre you are not efficient I’m not happy at all
