Makro online shopping

The experience of ordering online at Makro is a nightmare to say the least. They deliver half the order and when phoned they never know what the problem is and 24hours post complaint the rest of the order has not being delivered. Makro online is appalling to say the least, as I type the order is still not delivered. I have experienced my order being delivered 6days after I've ordered. They just apologized and I decided to give them the benefit of doubt and to my regret they have disappointed me yet again.
