Makro online shopping experience - Horrible

I am not happy with the online shopping system of Makro i placed my order 3 weeks ago, till to date I have not received my order. Makro order MAK***. I am also disappointed with the system that placed my order to their Bloemfontein branch which is so *********** with the services. The manager never even wanted to come to the phone to resolve my query. This has cost me even more because the thing i bought was for the event on Saturday and I had to go and buy again. I really had a bad experience in their online shopping.
