Makro Online Shopping Experience

Online purchasing on Makro is a nightmare! I made a purchased on the 10th of August (Instant EFT) and Makro system did not update the status of the payment. I emailed the online support team and only received an automated response (nothing further).

I went to the nearest Makro on the 11th of August (Ottery) and met Lavonia Daniels, she is really amazing, one of a kind. Lavonia did go an extra mile, maintaining her smile and reassuring me that she will get to the bottom of the case - I emailed her my proof of payment and left Makro with a confirmation that the delivery will be made within the next three days.

I honestly would not encourage anyone to use Makro online service, it's totally useless and defies logic of convenience that should come with online shopping and the support is a joke (no urgency and poor communication). I have tried it once and will never make the same mistake. Lavonia Daniels is an asset, well done!
