Makro online shopping do not deliver

I made an online purchase on the Makro site on 26 November 2018. To date, there has been no delivery and the three different call centre agents I spoke to all promised that delivery will be made. I've been doing online shopping since it was first introduced in South Africa and expected a large chain like Makro to have their ducks in a row. I was wrong. Will never do online shopping there again.
