MAKRO ONLINE SHOPPING DISGUSTED!
Worst customer service! They took my money haven't received feedback for a refund or perhaps even my order placed! Called since Monday no updates all they say manager will call or is busy or will escalate this but nothing! Total disgust will never support them again! Losing R500+ is alot of money for me ! There was a system error according to them but nothing is being done here!? My question is how do I get my money from this place and how many people is this happening to! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

31 Jul 2024, 15:20As soon as I get confirmation on my order or my money I will find it in order but to this point I'm still very disappointed and unhappy this is now the 3rd day with me being the only one communicating or trying to sort out this issue! You keep saying it will be sorted out or I'll be given feedback but it never happens and I had to post to hello Peter for you to take me seriously none of my emails or calls were returned? This is poor service honestly.
