Makro online shopping disaster.

Absolutely the worst service ever, purchased an item on the 11th of July, first the send it to the wrong courier company, courier returned it to Makro, since then I have sent numerous e mails, called them, every day a new promise, first excuse they can’t find a courier company servicing my are, total *******, I gave the name of the company which Makro that service my area. They promised delivery for the 3rd of August, just checked the order, shows that it is packed but that’s it. Seems left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. Staff should go and flip burgers.
