Makro online shopping

Makro online shopping is a nightmare. Their call centre is useless. Their stores don't attend to phone calls or emails; not even their call centre can get hold of the store. Their pick-up system is not secured. Goods get collected on the system, and when you log a call, there is no action. The system is flawed. Their online cancellation policy is not app**** as stated on the return policy (thus delaying refunds).
