Makro Online Shopping

Bought a Bicycle online for my sons Birthday.Front chasis wheels bent.Still no answer whats o ever from Makro.After 2 and a half weeks.Very bad service from Makro and i would not recommend buying online as they dont get back to you after several calls etc.
