MAKRO ONLINE SHOPPING CUSTOMER CARE IS THE WORST EVER!!

MAKRO ONLINE SHOPPING CUSTOMER CARE IS THE WORST EVER!! Took 7 days for item to be ready for collection! Called every day (that's when the call was actually answered and not just disconnected) and was told they would escalate my order. Called this morning only to be told that my order was ready for collection 4 days ago! The APP was never updated as it stated still in progress and the whattsapp chat is no good as it contains only standard queries. I won't order online again!!!! Frustrated and annoyed!!!!
