Makro online shopping

I had a bad experience with Makro online shopping. I order a parcel on the 28th of November 2024, the delivery estimation date was on the 30th of November 2024. I received an email stating that my order has been delayed. Again, on the 4th of December I received an email stating that my order has been handed over to courier partners and estimated delivery was the 6th of December 2004, of which, I am still waiting for the order even today the 10th of December 2024.

I have been calling Makro almost everyday, they take long to answer and even if they do answer, every consultant is telling me that they cannot reach Value express and they will get back to me when they reach them, of which they don't call back nor send anything . I prefer online shopping but after the experience encountered with Makro, I will not advise anyone to shop online at Makro. Their delivery times are unreliable and they game me turn around when enquiring about my parcel.
