Makro online shopping

I have placed an order with makro for soft drink on 30 November 2025 for a funeral.as am writing this I have been waiting for 2months (31 Jan 2025) I called them on 5th of December asked for refund still today am waiting been calling asking for refund or they can just deliver but no one is communicating with me, am being told one thing everyday which is I must wait for 5-10 days for that refund!
