Makro Online Shopping

I ordered a tricycle online, it was delivered on time for my granddaughters birthday in February, however when the tricycle was assembled the bike was clearly secondhand. Upon the assembling there were parts missing with great disappointment to my poor 3year old granddaughter whom could not use het new present. I reported the problem and it took more then a month for the product to be collected with a lot of enquires on when it will be collected. Finally when it was picked up and brought back again after two weeks it was the exact same tricycle not a new one as requested and the seat part that was the problem is still not adjustable which was the reason why I chose the product in the first place. Needless to say I will never buy form Makro again.
