Makro Online shopping

I purchased a washing machine online on the 31st of January, and delivery was scheduled for the 3rd, it's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting, when I try to follow up consultant tells me there's no feedback my matter has been escalated. This has been my worst online shopping experience. I will never shop with Makro Online ever again. I've wasted close to R200 airtime trying to follow but the consultant don't even seem to care to have my matter resolved.
