I had a bad first time experience with Makro bought the goods on 28/11/2024. According to the online tracker was supposed to be delivered on 30/11/2024 but the status was on was on order pack till today. We try to call their customer service on 02/12/2024 and the consultant said it's on its way we will receive it by the end of the day. The next day we call customer service again the consultant said the goods are still in the shop the is no trucks and I offered to come and pick up. When I went there the goods were no where to be found at the shop and they said the courier took them I don't know when. I must still wait for another two days.What suprice me is no one calling us or informing us with this quiry, my question is if the courier pick up the order they were supposed to deliver the same day because it's food stuff why wait for them to deliver after two days what are they doing with grocery. I am so scared now Please advice
