I purchased a 3 piece luggage set from Makro online on the 25/11/2019. I received the stock 4 days later only to be disappointed that the lock combination section does not work and the pull out handle for trolley mode does not pull out. I immediately contacted Macro on the 29/11/2019 logged my complaint and was given a reference number. I have called & emailed every day since and each time I am told the issue is marked as urgent but to date the set has still not been replaced. This is the most pathetic service I have ever experienced.

13 Dec 2019, 09:25Its been 2 weeks with phone calls & emails daily from the 29/11/2019. How much more time does Makro need to resolve a simple issue??? I am utterly disgusted with your level of service and laugh at your statement that all clients complaints are taken seriously.

17 Dec 2019, 15:39Despite my constant attempts via email and daily telephone calls to date. Makro have still not honoured their many promises to have my issue dealt with urgentlty. I have to date not received any refund or exchange for the damaged purchases.
It is almost a month now and Makro continue to make empty promises and fail to honour them. I am extremely frustrated as I am leaving for holiday in this week and I do not have the consumables I paid for in order to utilize them. Makro is fully aware of how urgent this is but they just do not care.
