Makro online shopping

Bought things online on the 21st of December was supposed to get my order by the 28th of December and my order was divided into 3 parts only received the 1st part and even then I went from pillar to post to receive it, yesterday they sent me an email stating that I’ve received the second part of the order of which I didn’t receive, called their customer support asked them for a refund they said they will do it and to my surprise today I received an email saying they have sent the 3rd part of my order when I asked them for a refund the order number is MAK***
