Makro Online Shopping

I have had a terrible online shopping experience with Makro.

I bought 3 solar fairy lights online from Makro. The first time the wrong product was delivered. The second time I got a delivery notification to say the product was delivered, but no one delivered to my house. I have been calling, sending emails and I even went to speak to the online manager who said he would get back to me, but never did. I had to go back to him on 3 occasions to ask for updates, of which he had none.

I proceeded to email online support for a refund as it is over a month now and I still have not received my product. It is now day two since the email with no response.
