Terrible experience with makro online I bought an above the ground pool set in November 2019 it arrived in December. I left for holiday on the day it arrived upon my return the pool was missing a pump. I send an email and was told to repack pool and go in store. I have been in battles with this until June no escalation process nothing. They say the cant trace the advert nothing. I still have my invoice, that info is useless. I want my pool pump. Their call centre a mess they keep calling to ask me if I have received my order if I ask which order they dont know why they called me. NEVER BUY ONLINE AT MAKRO YOU ARE JUST GOING TO FRUSTRATE YOURSELF. UNNECESSARY EMOTIONS.
