Makro Online Shopping

I have had countless issues with Makro online. A number of deliveries went smoothly and I then naively place another online order (because half the products are only available online). Sending a complaint via email gets you nowhere. Is it too much to ask that (1) your delivery is actually made on time and (2) that Makro communicates with you if there is an issue with your order. And dare not ask that your complaint gets escalated… not in this lifetime.
