Makro online shoping
I placed an order on makro online shop on the 7th October (10 days ago) and they promised that i will receive my order in 2-5 days but till today i havent received it. I have been calling everyday since the 14th October to check on the status of my order but no one seem to know what happening, they make me hold saying they are busy checking then after couple of minutes the phone dies on me and no body cares to call me back or to update me. The status on the online shop says in progress but has been saying that since ever.
