Makro online shop (their website)

Hello there,

After such a lone time, I decided to write this complaint. I received horrible service from Makro online shop .

A while back (3 Oct 2017) I bought 3 hard drives, only to receive one. Then I emailed their customer service stating that I only received one and they then said that the drives are out of stock, they will refund me. But I said, I bought 3 and wanted 3, not one and 2 to be refunded. They said they will get back to me, which never happend.

After a while, I did receive an email stating that they cant find more drives, which is unacceptable. I bought them at a good price and will not be able to get more for the same price.

They said they will then try again and get back to me, which never happened again.

Then on the 4 of November, I received another email stating they cant find more drives. And to my frustration, I rep**** and said I want my refund, as this is the ****pest service I got in quite a while.

Today is the 14th and still received no word from them or refund.

Please could someone in a managing position see this post at Makro and sort these people out.

To everyone else that wants to use this service, please be aware of their incompetence to actually deliver what you pay for. It wastes your time and money.
