Makro online shop is pathetic, with even worse "customer support!"

The unprofessional way Makro handle the online sales, and the incompetence of the aftersales "support" are such a disappointment. I have received 2 separate deliveries for an order placed on 3 March, delivery dates were supposed to be on 6 and 7 March, one of which was from a 3rd party (delivered a day early, not surprised as I have used this supplier directly, and this is the type of service one would expect). The second delivery was supposed to be delivered directly from Makro Woodmead, I had to follow up constantly to try and find out the status of the order, I did not receive proper feedback, some items that were not in stock were refunded, some items were delivered...problem is, when checking the amount I paid, the value of the items delivered and the amount refunded back to my credit card, it does not add up.

It is not worth the hassle to buy online at Makro, I will rather buy from one of the other online retailers that I can trust will not short deliver or refund if items are not in stock.
