Makro online shocking service!

Do not order anything from Makro online, ever! I ordered a laptop from Makro online for R17599 on the 22/05/2023. 11 days later they send me an email saying that they don’t have stock and they will process a refund. After 3 days wondering what is happening with my refund I gave the call centre a ring. I was then told that it will take roughly 3 weeks to process my refund, 3 weeks!!!! So from the date of order, no stock, it will take roughly 5-6 weeks to get my money back!! This is unacceptable and definitely not the norm for online shopping. Customer service is terrible, NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM MAKRO. Unfortunately the lowest rating is 1 star but makro deserves no stars!!!
