MAKRO online -SHOCKING service!

I ordered a bed from Makro online on 17 August 2024. Delivery time 7 to 10 working days. We are now approaching 14 working days. I have made 3 phone calls to the service desk. Every time they apologies and say may order is packed (since 23 August) and they are waiting for the supplier to deliver. If you cannot deliver in the stipulated time, then don't sell the product. You took my R8000, and I have not received what I ordered. If I cancel my order now it will take 7 to 14 days to refund me. What is so frustrating is that no one can explain why the supplier is takin so long. In the end Makro took my money and Makro is responsible for my order. I insisted on speaking to a manager but as a customer I am so important that I have to wait 2 hours before they can call me. This is shocking service. DON'T order from Makro online.
