Makro Online - Shocking Service!!!

Ordering from Makro Online is a disaster - the first part of the order was delivered later than the initial stated delivery date and the second part of the order was cancelled due to "problems with our supplier" (sic). And then to top it all it takes them a week to advise you of the cancellation, then to be told that the refund takes 7 - 10 business days before it is processed to my banking account. Not the first time this has happened to me at Makro Online but it will be the last time, I will NEVER shop there again!!
