Makro Online Services - The worst!!!!

This rating should be minus a star. Made an online purchase, order confirmed, received estimated delivery date, only to enquire on the delivery date and was informed that the order was not received, yet I received the order confirmation email and the transaction was deducted from my account. Now, the communication after, to get their mess sorted out is astonishing...nul, zero, nadda niks feedback!! It's pathetic. They have serious competition with the other online shopping options...one would think they'd atleast try to assist, after they *****ed up this order. First and last time using their online shopping...in fact, no in-store shopping either. I'm hopeful to receive some feedback today...but realistic, 'cause I've already received the real Makro customer service experience Let's see.
