Makro Online Services is a total ****, don't do it .

I am very disappointed with my recent online order, unfortunately I'm still waiting on that delivery and called the call centre a numerous time still my matter has not been resolved. I have called the Germiston Branch and waited half an hour to speak to the online department and only for them not to pick up, also tried the manager Patric and he's direct line is not going through. I have given my Oder details to Zama and Lungile from the call centre but still no solution. I very disappointed in Makro as a whole, they don' t even bother to update their customers .
