Useless customer service on online products purchased. I ordered and paid for my purchase on the 24th of Nov 2023. Only a few items were delivered and I was not refunded for the undelivered items. I contacted them several times via e mail without any feedback, back from them. Still waiting to hear from them

Good day another day has passed and no feedback on when my order will either be delivered or refunded. Its close to Christmas and I need to restock my cupboards. Please can I get some feedback today.
