Makro online services Disgraceful
Purchased goods online 28/08, also returned online as they were not to standard. Its 10/10 - still no refund from Makro. Absolutely not acceptable. Very bad service. Moral of the story - do not buy online and expect a smooth returns process if trying to return online - that system is flawed and does not work.
