Makro online services are useless

I bought laptop speakers online with makro and when they were delivered I checked to see if they were working but when I had to use them for the second time there was something wrong with the right side port it was not working I called, emailed and logged my complaint so that my speakers could be replaced or repaired they sent courier to come take them and I have been waiting for them to return them over a month now the online service at makro is pathetic and not customer friendly at all
