Makro online services and refund process 🚮

Don't order anything from Makro online, it might be better if you are buying at the store... Placed an order 2 weeks back and ever since the order hasn't been delivered. No update whatsoever, you can't even track the products. When you call... They contact centre also have no idea what's happening with the order or their 3rd party suppliers. Their cancellation is a nightmare. I think the only way to get attention is if you are social media influencer... Cause *** is this🤦🤦
