Makro online services

Online orders are delivered bit by bit . I ordered 10 items online from Makro, I was called while at by a courier guy who was at my door without notifying me before. Iwas not invoiced all items bought when I called customer services, they promised to get back to me but never did . It took the 2 weeks to send me an invoice for 1 of the items I bought. Very frustrating
