Makro online services

On the 24th November 2023 l ordered goods from Makro online, 25th goods delivered and upon checking my order had missing items. Immidetly I contacted them informing them if the missing items. On the 30th l received a call from Phumza Gladile doing a follow up on what was missing which l clarified the items to her and was promised they will be delivered to me. I trusted the company and their system that l believed in their lie. Few days later still no delivery l called and from there l have been treated like either a mental disable person, a *****ulent person or delusional person each time l try to find out about my remaining order. On the 9th of December l got an sms from Ntokozo woodmead branch basically telling me that according to them my full order was delivered and again l contacted them and again l was taken from pillar to post told our manager will contact you until today. With this economy it's unfair to lose money on something that l never got.
