Makro online services

It is difficult to rate the customer care services since there are none. We have placed an order a while back online. After many follow-up emails and calls still no delivery. Makro has no care for their customers. They are quick to take money but lack the ability to do their job and deliver items that was paid for. *****ing money must be in their job prescription as they do it so well.
