Makro online service - worst service ever!!!

Worst online service ever! The worst ever. Makro is the definition of bad service! I have phoned every second day to log my return as the item delivered did not match the description. No collection was scheduled. three weeks later and still no service. I offered to deliver it at the store and get my refund but still no service or collection or feedback regarding this. will never buy online at Makro again.
