Makro Online service worse in the world
One of the worse experience ever... ordered 4 products and only recieved 1. 3 days overdue, contacted the contact center twice with no luck. It is easier to order from China at least I get my stuff !!! You just lost a valuable cutomer - will never see me again .....

04 Mar 2024, 08:05After receiving few emails apologizing I still haven't received my order - I have read a few reviews and people complain about their refunds. So how do you go about getting the product you paid for or the refund? Is there an Ombudsman where I can complain too?
