MAKRO ONLINE SERVICE VERY BAD

I am very unhappy about the level of service i received from Makro. On the 29 November I placed a order online. It is now the 17 December 2019 and the order was delivered after I made a terrible fuss about the order not being delivered and then what happens the wrong stuff was delivered and now I have been struggling for a week to get the correct stuff delivered. I had to phone customer service and then was given another number because they cant help me. Worst of all on the web site it states the order has been delivered and all is done. This is not the case. Seems they are fast to take your money but not to give service or correct their mistakes. There is no communication from Makro to me I have to phone them to sort out there mess. BAD BAD SERVICE
