Makro online service terrible

I have made an online purchase, they said delivery 3-5 days, after two weeks nothing not even an apology. I phoned and emailed them numerous times, still no response. I have cancelled the order and still No refund or response. Really terrible terrible service, please do not make an online purchase from Makro
