Makro Online - Service sucks!!

Ref:#***- Since January 2024 I have a issue that is still outstanding. I have send multiple emails, phoned numerous times without success. It seems that it is hard for Makro Online to respond with regard to feedback about the item I send back. I just want to know if my item will be replaced, refunded or send back. This is not service. Kindly respond ASAP.
