Makro Online Service Pathetic!!!!!

Will NEVER order from Makro Online again - ordered a compressor that was delivered BROKEN. Same day of delivery I recorded the item as broken, followed all of the steps and book a return, Makro never came, phoned and was told to relog - did this again and again booked return again and no one came again! Have confirmation emails and made 8 phone calls with promises of supervisors phoning me back - today I held on for 40 minutes to speak to a manager and then had the phone PUT DOWN ON ME!!!!! This is beyond ridiculous and pathetic service!!!!!!
