Makro Online service, Not a convenience

Makro Online service has no structure, Online shopping should be a convenience and this is not at all.

I pay'd for my goods which I ordered a week and a 1/2 before a big race event, The order was for race food, energy bars, nuts, rehidrate ect for a 12 day cycle even i was set to go on. Makro said a 3-5 day delivery schedule which would be well before the time I leave, in the next 2 days 2 items were no longer available for my order and I was said to be credited , The delivery date was then further extended a day before delivery and I accepted their extension. they then further requested an extension but this was a Friday and required the goods for the weekend for my 2 week journey. I phoned in to cancel my order and explained the situation, they STILL arrived on Tuesday the following week to deliver my goods but I was already on my 2 weeks adventure, i bought my stuff elsewhere that Friday, Absolutely no structure.

Complete failure on all levels.
